I see clouds that have been altered by the wind and temperature. I think the purpose of the photo was to show the beauty in the sky and the peacefulness of clouds. The big cloud in the bottom right hand side. This gave the image more of an eerie but kinda peaceful look to it. If it were in color than the image would be more peaceful because the blue in the sky would make the cloudy look fluffy. It is kind of eerie. Yes the photo holds my attention I think because the cloud was caught in a very weird shape, making it different than the other clouds. I chose this picture because it made me feel like I was back in Maine with the open sky rather than having the buildings blocking it.
